The level of responsiveness was incredibly fast. I was so appreciative that automatically a message pops up with Yamel’s phone number saying I could call/text anytime. I had water leaking from the AC wall unit in my office and really needed someone quickly. Yamel explained his schedule for the day and said if it wasn’t him who would be coming out, he will definitely get one of his technicians out there by the end of the day. He kept to his promise and the technician was very professional and kind. We figured out the temperature was too low which was causing the issue, so the unit was not actually broken, but the technician went ahead and double checked everything and cleaned the lines. $100 was the total charge at least to have piece of mind and now the unit cleaned. I am a new tenant in this building and it looks like the unit hadn’t been serviced even once so I am thankful for Yamel being able to come through and deliver on his promise of getting someone out the same day.
