As a Cool Crew Maintenance Plan member, you’ll earn yearly credit toward a full system replacement (indoor & outdoor units). The longer you stay on the plan, the more credit you build—up to a set amount based on your membership tier. Credits are tier-based, non-transferable,and only valid toward a complete system replacement through The Cool Crew. Credit resets if the plan is canceled or lapses.
Important Membership Notice:
Cool Crew Maintenance Plans are designed to provide long-term value and savings. When you enroll in a monthly plan, you're committing to a 12-month membership.
If a payment is missed or the subscription is canceled early:
- You’ll be billed the difference in value for any services already provided.
- Premier Plan members will also be charged the full cost of the CoolCore Smart Thermostat ($400) and any discounts used during the plan period.
